Great service beyond expectation

I'd like to give a very heartfelt thanks to JJ Smit at Mazda Paarden Eiland for the fantastic customer service I received from him recently. He went out of his way to correct an error at the minimal inconvenience to me. I have never experienced such great service from any car company ever! Great job indeed and thank you very much!
