Fury Mazda Pinetown- Concerned client.

A week later (26-05-2017) the car couldn't start and it had to be kick-started and I sent the car in on Monday (29-05-2017) at Fury Mazda Pinetown and they checked the battery and the results came back positive, the battery was still in a good condition. On Sunday (11-05-2017) the car did the same thing, and I sent a video clip to the manager and he said that the problem was the battery so he replaced it on Tuesday 13-05-2017 without charging me and later on he phoned telling me that I should pay for the battery because it only has a warranty for 12 months and this incident happened during the 14th month. My concern here is that my car is still new and it was brand new when I bought it, it only has 14 months but already the battery has been replaced and I have to R1254.00. I think the staff of Fury Mazda Pinetown exchanged my battery and I have consulted many people about this and they all say a battery runs up to 3 years or more even if you buy a car as a "used car". Do I have to pay for the battery or not? Please investigate this matter for me.
