Exellent customer caring

I just want to publicly appreciate the service that Carel Pretorius gave me this morning. I did not book my car for service this morning but he managed to hear my plea that my car was showing a \check engine"light and he actually took my car in so that they fix it. <br> <br> I like the fact that he heard my cry and managed to help me and at the end of the day I walked out of their shop a happy customer and he was able to explain to me fully what they were gonna do. And ofcourse I did not pay a hefty amount at the end of the day. """
