Eastvaal Mazda Secunda

I took my vehicle in to Mazda Secunda (eastvaal) for repairs to be done on pdc and headlight issues. As from yesterday ive been phoned to say that the ligjt bulb has blown even if you swop the "broken" bulb to the left headlamp it works, regarding the pdc they have been busy for 2 days without even finding the fault. Lady at reception cannot give straight answers, has no idea on progress, neglets to phone back for almost 3hours and still no answers. Tomorow will be a public holiday and the vehicle will be there for 3days. Asking to speak to the service manager- he's not there, requesting vehicle- no vehicles available. Worst service if had in years, unprofesional staff.
