Downgrade or factory fault?

I've recently bought a Mazda cx3 dynamic auto 2021 model in January 2021. I did everything online and finally got my vehicle. The outside is everything but the inside is quiet dissapoiniting for a cx3. All CX-3's have a driver information display or that little screen that is fully functional and makes driving Mazda better. I'm not sure if it's factory fault or what but my Mazda has a screen that's similar to that or a Mazda 2 and I can't even connect other devices or check settings. I thought since it's a dynamic it will be better when coming to performance but it's not. When I took it up with the salesman he said it's because it's a dynamic it was supposed to be an individual but when I search the internet for the similar model I get the one I'm talking about. I tried calling Johannesburg or the manufacturer but I was spoken to very harshly
