Dispute on charges accrued
On the 27th of April 2015 my car gave me a problem it did not want to start.On the morning of the 28th we phoned Mazda Hatfield and we were informed that we must tow the car to Mazda Hatfield.We tow the car in and according to Mazda the car was fixed and we got the car on the 29th of April 2015 back.<br> The worked carried out on the car was <br> 1.Reset all parameters<br> 2.charged battery<br> 3.code key <br> Which we had to pay R741.00 for the worked that was carried out on the car, yet my car is under warranty.<br> The next day on the 30th of April 2015 when I started the car it did not want start.<br> We phoned Mazda Hatfield and again we had to tow in the car on the 2nd of May.We were informed that it was the face sensor and Mazda requested R1,190.00 to replace the sensor.<br> After a long fight with Mazda disagreeing that we are not going to pay that money, we decided to phone Mazda global and Mazda global informed us that the car is still under warranty so Mazda must fix it under warranty.We informed the service provide that they must fix the car under warranty due to the information given by Mazda global.<br> The sensor was fixed under warranty and I was never refunded for the first diagnose.
