Dishonesty

I own a Mazda CX 3 2020 model. Today I got locked out of the car.(intact, I am unablei to openi it)It just flickers when I press the unlock/lock button. When I opened the key for the manual key both the main and the spare do not have the manual key. I had no idea how to open the key until I sought advice from my sales person today, which means the key was never there. I am now stranded at about 50 km from home.
