Disappointing sales service

<p>I entered into negotiations to buy a second hand vehicle from this dealership. Myself and Rita (sales lady) telephonically agreed on a price whereafter I was informed by Charles (second hand vehicle manager) and Thinus (dealer principal) that Rita made a mistake and that they cannot commit to the price. No further negotiation. I feel that it is bad business pratice to go back on an agreement (eventhough it was made telephonically). If you ever deal with Mazda in Nelspruit make sure that all communications are in writing.</p>
