Disappointed

My car keys stopped working. I went in to buy batteries for both keys and they keys still did not work. I was requested to stay longer so they check the car. I was later informed that the keys were broken (spare key had been used a few times and never fell). I bought keys and they programmed the car yet the keys were still not connecting to the car. (Misdiagnosis) So my car was booked in and slept over at the dealership for a “thorough” diagnosis. Today I’m told the actual problem is the start/stop button. That’s another cost. Not to mention how expensive everything has been. The batteries, the key blades, the key remote, programming and now I must buy another part because they misdiagnosed the car and don’t even offer a discount or any form of assistance for their misdiagnosis.
