Deposit Refund Issue

I want my deposit of R71,3k back ASAP and this Mazda Greenstone/Edenvale is giving me a run around. I was supposed to pick up a car from Mazda yesterday (26/08/2030) but when I got there with my release note I was told it was not enough for them to release the car and the Betty lady was rude, telling me she would lose a job if she released the car without an email although I had a release note. Fair enough, their dealership their rules, my understanding from the bank was that once I sign all the documents, the release note is proof that the deal is done. The dealership should have communicated clearly if they wanted more information before my coming there. After an exhausting back forth I decided to leave the car and I requested for my deposit refund of R71,3k which I was told I would get a proof of payment that day (26/08/2020). Now each time I call there’s a different story on when I’ll receive my money and I need it ASAP to pay for another deal I have made before it expires. I don’t understand what is taking so long as they didn’t want with their car so can I have my money so I can pay the dealership that won’t give me problems. I just want my money please, the stories that I keep getting each time about who needs to sign are none of my concern!!
