Compensating on Traveling ect....

Good day Sir/mam,<br> <br> I am Mr. J.P.A Pistorius and live in Lephalale, Limpopo. I have the following complain:<br> <br> I bought this Mazda BT-50 2.2D High Power Freestyle Cab, in May 2014. It currently has 25000km on the 'odo'. From the beginning it had some issues, which some/most of it will be rectified - which is another day's story, which I still want to write about - by 'Mazda SA'., But the issue is, that they won't compensate me for travelling to Polokwanne and back to Lephalale as well as for the days leave that I have to take at my work.<br> Between Mazda SA & Galactic Auto, I requested them to compensate me in this regard, which they refused. They want to rectify the problems the same day as the day of service(30000Km). What if all repairs is not done in time - on the same day -? This will mean that I am stuck in Polokwane without a vehicle, roof over my head ect.? In this regard I have ask these questions and their reply were, they do not supply vehicles for clients in such cases. So, I am stuck. Do they want me to drive back to Lephalale and wait until a next service to fix the other problems? Again travelling and another day's leave gone.<br> <br> Thank you - Hannes Pistorius
