CMH terrible customer service

So I booked my car in for a service at CMH randburg mazda , I was told the earlier your car is at the dealership the quicker you get your car. Well as life happens my 2 yr old got sick the day before and I had to ask my mother to come through from centurion to roodepoort in the morning in order to help me get my car to the branch and take me home after as I couldn't wait for dealership to take me home with a child with fever. Traffic being as it is in jhb I only got to the dealership at 9 screaming child in tow. They weren't interested in my explanation and turned me away saying I was too late and they had booked their own cars in for maintenance. <br> <br> Their lack of understanding is pathetic and at no point was it ever statted to me that my car had to be there before a certain time. I will never return there again.
