Car spare key

<p>In June 2015 I bought a car at Mazda polokwane, however I was not given the spare because it was no there. I was told that the order was made and I should expect a call from them when the key is ready for collection. I waited until I went back to the dealer to enquire about the progress, I was told that the key is not ready. I went there more than 3 times without any until three weeks back (Jan 2017 ) when I contacted Mazda S.A. to report this matter. I was told that they would follow this matter and come back to me within a week however am still waiting for their call. My concern is what if I misplace or lose the key that I have, things means I will not drive the car because I don't have spare key. Please help me get the spare key. Regards.</p>
