Can't repair my new mazda&no service in Middelburg

I bought my Mazda5 brand new from Lazarus Motor Company in Dec 2011 and its disappointing to report that its been a heartbreaking story to have this car, in comparison to all other cars we've ever owned, new or second hand. Its got these funny sounds its been making from about 3-6 months after we brought it home and they told us something is loose in the engine but Mazda has never been able to permanently and effectively repair this. Its been so embarrassing to be asked by our acquaintances and friends about this defect since the car was brand new. 4 years later, we are still on the same page, only its worsening. Their Middelburg branch even tried a stunt on us on the last service. They bridged a part when they found that it was out of stock and they didnt tell us. 30 minutes after collection we became a view when the bridge piece blew up at the mall and we left it there for them to collect and we had to walk home. Now, as I booked for service, I almost fainted when I was told that mazda cars still under service plan can no longer be serviced in middelburg. I have to take leave and drive 30km to Witbank to get that service. I can't wait to break my ties with this Motor Dealership!!
