Phoned head office with a very concerning and pertinent issue regard my car and a dealership who one could see their ethos was NOT to help but try rip one off financially. The lady I spoke to, Dineo (spelling) had no clue to the understanding of my issue and am surprised she knows where the engine is. Good news is they have affirmed that when looking for a new car, IT WILL NOT BE A MAZDA. Industry sales in cars down worst in years, yet some dealerships cannot sell enough, Mazda is bleeding and I now know why.
