BB Mazda Polokwane- Worst Service Centre

I regret the day I took my new car for the first to this BB Mazda Polokwane because 3 weeks later was leaking oil. When I phoned them I was just told to bring it in - not sure how was I supposed to get it the it had no oil. I called Mazda customer where they arranged Tow truck. It was towed to the service centre and next day was told that its sorted and ready for collection. How do I get there if Im +160KM away. Now its my 3rd day not going to work because of their negligence. They busy telling they trying to get someone to bring it. I don't know how other people are coping with that service center. Just bring my car you will never see me again.Im beginning to loose the confidence in Mazda Brand.
