BAD SERVICE( NO PARTS AT MAZDA SA)

Am waiting parts for a vehicle that was in an accident last year October. To date we have not receive all the parts for my car and now is almost 4 month, and all i get is empty promises. i have talk to Parts Business Manager (Gerar Baird *** / *** once who was very rude telling me i should deal with dealership.\ if they dont have parts they must just say so
