bad service and dont care attitude

Car boot lock stop functioning, took it for a service 15000km,and also to repair boot lock.no parts available.took 2 months to get the part after a couple of visits to the branch and fonecalls. Manager then said I can just pop in anytime so they fit it.takes 15 min. Eventually when I popped in they could not help me.now I must make an official appointment, car wil be there the whole day.no alternative transport.<br> also on the day of service we inspected the car for any damage.<br> and when I got it back there was a scratch on the rear bumper where they treid to fix the lock.
