Bad customer services for Mazda SA

The car was bought in April 2016 as a demo, and it had so many issues and the emergency warning sign was one of them. Took it back to Mazda and they changed the battery in August, however that did not resolve the problem of i-stop. I then took the car to Mazda in PTN because it closer than the one in Durban CDB. And ever since I have been dealing with Dario in Pinetown, and normally they will just charge the battery and let me go. I was told that they contacted Mazda SA and run some few tests and they did change something last year in the car but still didn’t resolved the problem. I then contacted Mazda SA and was told to take the car back to Mazda to do some tests and the feedback that I was given was that the battery fitted it a wrong one. Trivas came and took some pics of the battery and he said according to his knowledge the battery was a correct one, and now you are saying I must change the battery?
