Avoid buying a Mazda, as parts are scarce
Mazda is battling to get parts for their vehicles and are making their problems the problem of their customers. This is disheartening as I have been a Mazda fan for longer then I can recall, I convinced my brother to buy a Mazda 3 and I was going to persuade my Goddaughter to buy a Mazda 2. However, unfortunately, due to the recent ongoing experiences I’ve faced with Mazda I intend on selling my CX-5, I have convinced my brother to sell his Mazda 3 and kept my Goddaughter far away from investing in the Mazda brand. I was involved in an accident in November 2022 with my Mazda CX-5 (2015 model), and unfortunately I am still waiting for parts in order for the repairs to be completed. So it’s been 11 months since my accident, I have been stuck without a vehicle to get around, and no end in sight as the estimated arrival date for the parts needed to complete the repairs on my car is unknown, so for all I know, I could be stranded without a vehicle for another year, possibly even longer, till Mazda get their act together. Come on Mazda, you are better then this, looking after your customers should be a priority. Supply your customers with a vehicle from your very large fleet of vehicles, or an account with Uber covered by Mazda so we can get around while you sort out your problems.
