I have never been treated so distastefuly in my life. I was at Mazda Clearwater Firstly the consultant Johanwas dragging his feet because I had some financing through my banker. They gave me an offer I sent them a podium my bank sent them a contract and all necessary documents and they then refused to give me the car all the while giving me so much attitude and treating me like a common ********. The first day I arrived they refused to give me an invoice saying it was too late to process, only when I pointed out that I just saw another consultant processing one did o recieve it, after 2Hours. I then asked what else he would need and I was then told they just need the contract which organised myself with the bank. This is not the first time I buy a car and I have NEVER been treat like this buy any dealership. He didn't allow me to sign the contract instead returned with a lady called Antoinette Venter who basically barked at me told me I will not get any car and there is nothing I can do. I asked her why she gave me attitude saying wasn't her problem shouting at me and storming out while everyone watched. My family and I have had great dealings with Mazda in the past. I was treated like a common ******** even after following the process to the T. This would have been the 4th car we are buying from Mazda this experience has left a sour taste mouth, after being such a loyal customer I am beyond angered and disappointed at how I was treated like dirt. The most disrespect I have ever experienced with an audience of staff who just watched.
