Bad service and ******** charges

They sold me a car without a roadworthy certificate and failed to transfer the licence disc into my name, despite charging me R2,000 for licensing and R5,200 as a “delivery fee.” The vehicle was never delivered and when I questioned this I was told the fee was for the roadworthy certificate instead. The manager’s behaviour has been extremely rude and feels discriminatory as though he takes advantage of Black female customers. This situation makes me suspect that this may be how they are used to doing business.
