Mazda Kimberley

I have been writing email to Mazda Head office for intervention raising my concerns and frustrations with no luck.

I requested that I get my money back from Mazda Kimberley after so many discrepancies came to my eyes. On the 26th August 2025, my car went for a new aircon fitment. On the 27th August as I went back to Mazda due to compressor not working. I asked the old compressor that was removed from my car, they said it was thrown away with garbage.

After many follow-up made with Mazda Kimberley I could not get any answer. Later was told my car problem was a pressure sensor, after I questioned them for processes that were not properly followed. Suddenly on the 9th September 2025 the old compressor is found.

I want my old compressor installed back into my car, and get my money back. There are so many scandals happening here, and i won't allow to be taken for a ride.
