Disappointing Service at Mazda Fourways

Getting scratches and dents on my vehicle after a service for the 2nd time at this branch. Manager told me to my face they can’t keep track of all scratches. this is unacceptable given that this is a ‘trusted’ brand that should be valuing customers and providing exceptional service. so disappointing
