Bad customer care

Bought a new mazda cx3 from Daly klerksdorp and from day one had issues with the gearbox grinding or blocking my shift.So eleven months later and about two months without my car the intermittent grinding gearbox persists.Not a very happy customer...Doesn't look like mazda South Africa wants to resolve the issue or keep there customers happy...If and when you want to buy a new mazda cx3 be sore to test drive the car first before purchase..............
