Mazda emalahleni bad service

mazda emalahleni refusing to provide me with a courtesy car after failing to fix the car for 3weeks.

l booked the car for a regular service which is still under warranty , afterwards i discovered that the car cuts whenever i accelerate and the monitor screen not working at all ,the car was returned back at the workshop on 5th June and to date they cant detect the problem (their own product)and i am without a car. Communication from the workshop is very poor and Iam not happy. Tommie the workshop manager is failing to provide the courtesy car to date. extremely bad service by mazda emalahleni.i will definitely consider other brands.
