High bills in household and business. With zero maintenance.

Emalahleni Manucipity high rental rates and high house rates are a problem. Businesses are closing down and relocating to other cities because the can not cope with high rental rates. Even house hold rates are unbearable. People are selling houses. We paid off our bonds with our pensions but we do live in peace. Manucipality bills are high every month the bill keep on increasing every month and on the every month on the sixth they automatically cut off our services. I don't know what will be a solution. I thought to buy a house with a pension is a relieve to a family. But no, manucipity will make sure that you don't rest by putting a joke of high rates on your neck. I'm afraid will be homeless as we don't afford rates. We pay high rates but they pot holes even on front of our gates. Pot holes even on front of hospitals like Witbank hospital big holes like graves. This money they are robbing residents in the name of rates and taxes bills for houses and business what they do with it. Every year they are filling pot holes. Those contractors they hire they don't do quarenty work. As pot holes are filled every year when rains start are open again. Next they will be filled. I don't not if they do inequality work In order to enrich themselves. As next they will be another budget to fill same pot holes. I'm asking myself if our manucipity does not receive yearly budget from the government. In rural areas people are not paying. But are people clean along roads, in the village. Our town is untidy, dirty and papers every where. Sewerage are leaking no one is cleaning in our streets. Everywhere are piles of *******. Grasses have overgrown. They over taxed us with bills. Even in town is dirty. Suburbs are dirty. They only clean thoroughly if there is ANC event like funerals. Last they clean area as our mayor passes on. I don't know if mayors ever bored to take rounds around the area to see how it looks like. Even the park next to her office turn into a bush. What she knows is demands high rents which are not use to take care of the place. People work takes of environment are not working no supervision. They just go there and sit. No one care. High patrol with not workers willing to do their work.. I have realized that people are salary collectors not service providers. I apples to mayor and her associates please allow us to age peacefully in our houses. We don't wish to live with stress due to high rates. Please to push us out of our houses because we don't owe them. The same water you over billed us rural people drink that water for free. Roads in villages are well tarred. No pot holes are environmental cleaners everywhere. And they pay nothing.
