Not happy with their service

My car had a problem with a window that was unable to open on drivers side i booked for it at East London Eastern motors begin September last year which it was dignose that i need to replace a part then i ordered the part from them and paid for it. I was assisted by Unathi when I do a follow up they tell Unathi is no longer working there. They've been sending me from pillar to post.
