Terrible service

I took my car for service and was told that battery that was fitted by Roodepoort Battery clinic is not comoatible to the car hence the istop light would notvswitch off, Battery clinic adbised me that there is nothingbqringbwith thebbattery Mazda must reset the computer box, i called and spone to ine of the staff members, she adbised thatnthey had a problem with their phones and they would call me after 14H00, to dateci am still waitimg for the call, i am. So frustrated as i know nothing about cars or batteries, and driving the car with the light on,
