Rude and Unprofessional DP ( Riaan) from Mazda Clearwater ( useless Car dealership)

The most unreliable dealer and rude and arrogant DP ( Riaan) I have come across. Bought an ML350 cash and to date we do not have the car on site. Always coming up with excuses. Bought the ML350 and from the first day the car couldn't drive, It switches off while driving, when you accelerate the car switches off, which is dangerous. Took the car back and the promised to fix it and get the car on the 22nd Dec 2021 and it wasn't ready then and we were promised the car will be ready on the 5th Jan 2022. Today the 6th, we are told the car will be ready in 3 weeks, We then requested for a refund and Riaan rudely said we will never get our money back. His conduct towards us suggested that he doesn't take his black clients serious.
