MAZDA CLEARWATER passing the bucket and not owning up to their responsibilities

I bought a vehicle from Zaine Bobat at Mazda Clearwater in June 2019. The vehicle had badges missing on the door, part of the deal was for them to fit it. The ordered the badges that took forever, and then didn't want to fit them or bring them to me, I had to make to effort to collect them. When I fitted them, I noticed one of the badges were the incorrect one. I told about this, the told me to sort it out with the dealership the ordered it from, as it is not a Mazda vehicle. Keeps on passing the bucket. Now that were are in full summer, I realize the vehicle's air-con is not working properly. I contacted them in this regards, the sales manager Dawie Fourie phoned me to tell me that it is my problem for my account as it is wear and tear. Disregarding the fact that I pointed out to them that as per CPA they have to warrant the product for 6 months. I will avoid this dealership as the keep on passing the bucket and not owning up to their responsibilities.
