Mazda Clearwater is the worst

I took my Mazda CX3 for a service on 5th May for a service and was told the engine cover is missing. When I put petrol in 2 days before taking the vehicle, I checked oil and water and the cover was there. I called them on 6 May and spoke to a Morné. He didn’t even bother to go check the workshop to see if there is no cover lying around. He just told me straight that his guys did not *****. I didn’t accuse anyone of *****ing, I just wanted him to check for the cover.
