Mazda Clearwater

Bought a car from Mazda only to find out a year later when doing my service that the rear wiper motor was broken from the start and that it has been tampered with to not fall apart. I brought it under their attention and it has been 5 months now that I am trying to get a answer out of them of how this is going to be rectifeid as I bought a car from them with a defective part.

Shocking communication and not recieving any help regarding the matter!!
