Mazda Clear Water worse than the street dealers.

I will not recommend Mazda Clear Water to anyone. They are just street dealers hiding behind that Mazda dealership. I bought a preowned Jeep SRT 8 from them and a whole list of issues popped up once they received payment, it was a cash deal: 1. On day of purchase they agreed and committed to that the vehicle would be delivered to Polokwane once they confirm receipt of all transfers into their account. Receipt of transfer was confirmed but they began to give all sorts of excuses buying time on delivering the car, calling them the line was being transferred from one person to the next and the sales boss would pretend that the line was bad and cut me off before he then started not to pick up at all. On day 3 of follow up I was asked to pay an extra 3K if I wanted my vehicle to be delivered. I disputed that because that was not the agreement. I ended up flying from Polokwane to pick up the vehicle myself. And as I picked up the fuel, it had no fuel. Also contrary to their agreement to fill up the vehicle.

2. When we viewed the vehicle on day of purchase, the boot lid was not opening and they said that they would get it fixed before delivery. On picking up the car, the sales rep managed to open the lid somehow and **** to me that it was fixed. When I got home, it was not working and I sent him a message on that which he blue-ticked and never bothered responding to. I had to take the vehicle to a local dealer who said the motor was never touched and needed to be replaced. I sent him a picture of the motor being replaced, likewise he chose to remain quite. De Beer has just turned Mazda Clear Water into a street dealer set up!! Guys stay away!! And hey, they are roaming around the whole floor mask-free as if they have defeated Covid-19.
