Mazda clear water

I made 4 phone calls to Mazda clear water service departments and the same lady “noko” kept putting me through after numerous times I’ve told her the number just rings, she kept on picking up the call like it’s a new call and when I told her the service department number just rings she kept saying okay please hold and she put me through to the same number that just rang.. Mazda Clear Water has a horrible customer service department!!
