I demand a refund PLUS interest on the amount

I have been waiting for the proof of payment for over 3 months, and I think if the payment was made it was going to be easy to send the proof.With the current interest rate increases I'm incurring costs on this outstanding payment and I'm now demanding a refund on additional monthly charges from date of transaction. It can't that long to resolve a simple query.
