Dishonest and *********

I have complaint. I am Tebello Lebelo, my husband and I got the car delivered at our residence today in the afternoon. We got the wrong car, last week we test drove the CX 3 dynamic and loved it and said that we want it. The salesman mentioned that it's slightly pricy and we said it's fine because we loved all the features. Today we received the CX 3 active. The dealership is in Roodepoort (Clearwater) and we are based in PTA north. We never went to the dealership because I'm 8 months pregnant and I didn't want to risk contracting the covid virus hence the salesman opted to bring the car to us last week to see it and so we can test drive it. We called the dealership to complain but they haven't gotten back to us. We have opted to raise the issue with our attorneys as this is misrepresentation because they are ignoring our calls now. The car that we have is not the car we saw and test drove. It's not the car that we agreed on. I'm very much perplexed because I cannot purchase something I've never seen.

Hi there...like I said before we test drove the dynamic, he sent us (my husband and I) pictures of the dynamic as well as the interior of the dynamic. Then he came with a navy blue Mazda CX 3 dynamic and we said we loved that one and that we want that one. There was no mention of the budget because if that was the case then I wouldn't have proceeded to purchase the car. I never viewed the active or seen it with my naked eye. The pictures that we have on WhatsApp which he sent are for the dynamic and not for the active. Why would I buy a car that I've never seen? That's absurd.

The attitude that I have received from Riaan Smit is so pathetic please south Africa be aware of Mazda Clearwater they are very ********* and dishonest
