Disgustingly pathetic service
The Absolute discussed I experienced from Mazda Clear Water. They sold a second hand Mazda 2 to me under false pretences. The vehicle was in accident and has serious defects.
They attempted to repair the defects and were unsuccessful on three occasions and they refuse to listen to my concerns, constantly lying about repairs made!
I have requested that they refund or return the vehicle in terms of section 56 of the CPA and the Dealer Principle Riaan De Beer refused to do so.
He admitted to me that they don’t check al the second hand vehicle seeing as they trade over a 100 second hand vehicles a month.
Be warned they will sell you a defective vehicle and lie about it.
Stay away!
