Disgusting service

On the 23/06/2021 I bought a car from Mazda cleawater and was assisted by Tendai Nyabawa everything went smooth,then last month on the 06/08/2021 I sent Tendai a WhatsApp text and requested my tracker details since someone from his office offered me the tracker and I agreed to it,Tendai then Informed me that he is on leave but will get me the tracker details on Monday 09/08/2021 then on the 10/08/2021 I sent another WhatsApp text reminding him then he said he sent his colleague an email requesting the tracker details.Again on the 30/08/2021 I sent Tendai a follow up text and he still said he will get me the deatils,to date I am still waiting for the tracker details.I am starting to thing the car doesn't have tracker,and that is so risky for me driving a car that does not have tracker. I am extremely unhappy with the service I am getting,I feel like Tendai is now giving me a run around he doesn't care anymore because he made the sale.He doesn't see that this will have a bad impact on the business as word of mouth lasts very long. I hate doing business with *********** people. Lastly I am NOT the client they wanna mess with!!!! I will teach them to respect their clients.
