Appalling Service
I took my Mazda Cx3 in for a service. On arrival a full check was done on my vehicle and no faults found. I received a call from the service advisor the afternoon to collect my vehicle as the service was done. On arrival I inspected the vehicle I found that it had been washed halfway with dirt still in places water marks all over. On closer inspection I found that my front passenger door had been scratched. I informed the service advisor of this which she seemed to suggest that it was not their doing. She called the service/parts manager who didn't even wear his mask. He checked out the scratch marks, called for the initial chech report and imp**** that in this case it's the customers word against Mazda staff's but they would "see" what they can do to fix the situation. He drove the vehicle inside the building where I suspect he had the scratches buffed but after doing so the scratches were still visible. The service advisor suggested I return the vehicle at some time to be sprayed but they couldn't guarantee the colour would match. I asked her for confirmation in writing of their intention to repair my vehicle but she remarked that I must "take her word" that it will be done as she can't commit in writing. Ever since I purchased this vehicle from Mazda Clearwater I've had nothing but poor service and bad interactions with staff. The only reason I purchased the vehicle from them was for convenience sake as I worked at Clearwater Shopping Centre across the street. I honestly regret ever doing business with this dealership and recommend people tread very carefully with this outlet. I certainly will never deal with them ever again.
