Mazda Bloemfontein misinterpreted the taking of my information to check if I qualify for a car without my permission

The dealership misrepresented why they are taking my information. They kept pursuing me to trade in my car and without my permission, did credit inquiries to try make me see that I qualify. I had humbly asked them in writing not to use my information as I am building my credit score but they still went on. This inquiry ran on my name without my permission ended up negatively affecting my credit score. I have asked them to withdraw the credit inquiries with the banks because they did the process without my permission, they decided to ignore my emails. I am due for a car service and I would rather drive to Johannesburg for it than trust that dealership. They have no regard for their customers and the POPI Act
