Maywil cc school text book company and staff an utter embarrassment to the industry and school text book assistance a disgrace ! a disgrace

I ordered and paid for my daughters school books in November 2020, I dealt with the most arrogant person called Patrick. They refuse to give my daughter her books unless I showed proof of payment, sadly it was the last day of school and could not get a hard copy, Patrick showed me my proof of payment he had and I took out my ID card, my drivers license and went on my mobile onto my bank to prove that I was the correct person and that payment was made. Sadly to date Patrick and this company will not give me my daughters books and insists they will not so so nor refund me my money in order to buy her the books that I ordered that she needs. I have had to go through an Attorney to try and get my money back ! I am furious to say the least and hope that this complaint reaches someone that can assist in ensuring this doesn’t not happen again. Why on earth allow us to pay, email proof of payment you print it out and after showing proof of myself still refuses to give what belongs to me and directly affecting my daughters New Years school work !!!! I am disgusted ! I hope the school does something about this ! Unhappy Edenvale High parent.
