False accusations and lack of assistance

I am disgusted at the attitude of the pharmacist at Mays pharmacy in Melville. Tried to order over the counter meds and was accused by their pharmacist of all sorts of things, she was unhelpful, rude and arrogant. The owner was unhelpful and protected this poor behaviour as well. Please let me know the way forward. This branch needs to be investigated as a matter of urgency.
