Item ordered, paid, goods/money nor refunded

I have ordered an angel wooden cot from Charlotte May at May's craft of Wood CC. <br> <br> On 3 December 2014, I paid the invoice and was told that it will take 14 working days to build the cot. I followed up on the progress of the cot on 5 January and Charlotte informed me that the cot will be ready for collection on 16 January 2015. On 16 January, Charlotte told me that we can collect on 23 January 2015, as she was in bed with a bad eye infection. <br> <br> On 22 January I send another e-mail to confirm collection for the 23rd and was told that they are behind schedule as she had to let her staff go due to non-performance. She then said that they will deliver the cot free of charge on 2 February.<br> <br> I followed up again daily from 29 January - 1 February to confirm delivery on 2 February, but Charlotte ignored e-mails, sms and telephone calls. On 2 February she finally advised that she still had infection and her husband had a breakdown. She asked for my banking details for a refund. <br> <br> I did not receive the refund and was told that she did not have the funds to refund me, but that she was still building goods and selling to obtain money. To date I still have not received my money back.
