Not what we paid for

Good Afternoon<br> In December 2015 we paid for accommodation for Easter Weekend in Vleesbaai with Maynie Burger she promised us a nice size unit for 3 people and said we may take our two spaniels with as long as they on a leash when outside great. We get to Vleesbaai Thursday 24 at 6pm...only to find we have been put in a tiny dirty little place bedding smells...later we see ****roaches in this tiny kitchen...I phone her the Friday morning no but she got a bigger family in and had to put then in the unit that was promised to us.....it that the way to do business?? Hour later people move out after she told me they staying till 4 April...a lie! We wanna shower not a drop of hot water we all shower in cold water. Then a handy man knocks on our door he needs our bed for the bigger unit as that bed is broken at that unit and she has another family moving in...Can you believe this!
