Maynards rotten mini enerjelly babies

I bought a packet yesterday for my son, when I opened it there was a jelly baby with a hard white susstabce coming out of it or stuck on it. it looks disgusting. I wish i could upload the pics and show you. how do they sell things like that? to think I almost gave them to my boy. its a health risk. i'll never buy anything from their brand again
