Attention for babies

Hi everyone. This is a creche situated in Jhb South. This school was supposed to be a 5 star school. However 5 star treatment is not given. School fees are pricey. One of the most expensive creches. My son was born premature. He's not disabled or retarded. He's just a little bit slower with reaching milestones. Nevertheless, he's reaching his milestones. Because of this I was told to take him out the school and put him in a school that offers individual attention. What are creches for if they dont give individual attention? Some teachers are just lazy to go the extra mile or any mile at all. If you're looking for a school that offers your baby your toddler individual attention, then this is not the school. The teacher in the baby class also comes across as a know it all. And claims to know everything but does the complete opposite. For example, she kept my son in the class during outside playtime and refused to take him out because he cried before he even saw the playground. I addressed the assistant teacher and told her even of he cries just take him out. He'll be fine once he sees the playground. And he was 100% happy on the playground and didnt cry AT ALL. Some teachers are not willing to even try and just think because they have been there for years they know everything.
