Bad CUSTOMER Service

I was going to Mayfair Fitness just this afternoon and when I got to the parking in front of Vinnies food and grill where I normally park my car I was ushered by a security wearing a Psira tag and I didn’t note his name down to the parking next to the gym since the space was reserved for an event that included St Mary’s stuff. Bongas who works for the hotel opened the parking space for me into the parking next to the gym, after my workout session the car was clamped and nothing was explained to me before the car was clamped , there is no board that says “right of admission reserved” or “clamping zone”. I requested to see the manager because I feel like I was unfairly treated, the gym staff never explained to me neither did Bongas and a guy named Lungisani “Lunga’s” refused for me to see the manager. I waited for about an hour outside the car requesting for assistance.
