Bad service, bad experience

<p>My daugter bought a Renault Clio Turbo for Mayet cars in Kinross. The salesman called NUTS promised her that she will recieve he owners manual, service book and spare key within 2 weeks from purchase.Everytime we contact NUTS he has excusses and says another 2 weeks ,that has been going on since February 2017. 2 weeks ago my daugter contacted NUTS again and his reply was she has no owners manual ,the service record she can go to Renault and collect it herself , and on the spare key NUTS rep**** that according to law he has 6 months to supply a spare key.</p> <p>Until NUTS sells the car to you he is very frendly but after that please be carefull especially young women buying there first cars he can be very rude and dont keep to his prommises.</p>
