Maxwood Framers do NOT stand by their products

Maxwoods do NOT stand by their products. I had a large painting framed by Maxwoods who I thought were a reputable company in 2017 at great expense and after a couple of years noticed that the frame was badly infested with beetle. I took the painting back to them and the man in the shop was reluctant to attend to the problem but eventually did agree to fumigate the frame. Earlier this month I moved the painting only to find that it was again riddled with beetle where beetle dust and black beetles poured out of the frame. I took the frame back again and they agreed to fumigate the frame again and I requested a written guarantee this time that should it reoccur for a third time that they would replace the frame with a new beetle free frame. The owner absolutely rejected the request and said that he considers the matter closed!!
